ElevenLabs doubled its valuation to $22 billion through a recent tender offer allowing employees to cash out vested equity.
Company
ElevenLabs is an artificial intelligence voice startup that specializes in speech models and enterprise voice agents. The company currently holds a valuation of 22 billion dollars, which doubled following a recent secondary liquidity transaction. To retain talent, ElevenLabs facilitated a 300 million dollar tender offer that allowed employees to sell their vested equity to investors. This transaction was co-led by Wellington and T. Rowe Price, both of which plan to hold the stock. In its product lineup, ElevenLabs recently launched its v4 and v4 Turbo speech models. These new models support more than 90 languages and offer enhanced expression controls alongside lower latency. This release is designed to expand the company's reach into enterprise voice agents amid rising competition in the artificial intelligence sector. As ElevenLabs continues to grow its enterprise business and expand its language support, the company is aiming for an initial public offering in the coming years.
